We are currently seeking to strengthen our Compensation & Organization team by bringing on board an Organization & Compensation Specialist to help drive and optimize key area processes, contribute to designing efficient organizational structures, and comprehensively manage remuneration policies supporting our strategic objectives. What is the challenge? **Key responsibilities include:** Strategy & Transformation Collaborate in designing the Firm’s compensation strategy Redefine job architecture in accordance with robust job evaluation methodologies Support the Pay Transparency Project Accompany cross-functional Transformation and Change Management initiatives Organization & Processes Design and define organizational structure Advise functional areas on optimizing and maintaining job architecture Identify improvements in internal management and communication processes with various stakeholder levels Ensure proper alignment of people management processes (attraction, retention, development, training, and separation) Ensure robustness and consistency across various databases and management platforms Salary Planning Ensure effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives Collaborate in designing and maintaining salary scales, providing organizational structure insights Budgeting & collaboration in the salary review and variable pay process, guiding leaders and managers in decisions aligned with the Company’s values Promote decision-making facilitation processes Develop the Firm’s remuneration policy Ensure proper compliance with various remuneration policies and procedures How do we envision you? Degree in Business Administration & Management (ADE), Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, etc. A Master’s degree in Organizational Design and Compensation is desirable 6–8 years of experience in similar roles Advanced English proficiency Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, salary analytics, and benchmarking Organizational design, workforce sizing, and governance models are highly valued Advanced Excel user, capable of handling large volumes of data and proficient in formula usage Power BI knowledge and usage is highly desirable What is it like to work at Deloitte?
