Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to design, maintain, and analyze alert systems, manage incidents, and propose action plans in an IT environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and maintain alert systems. 2. Review and monitor daily Excel incident files. 3. Propose and structure action plans. AGH Ibérica is currently looking for an IT Systems Analyst profile to join one of our clients in the foodservice industry. #### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Design and maintain alert systems (Excel). * Review and monitor daily Excel incident files, and analyze different types of incidents (open, recurring, pending closure). * Verify compliance with SLAs associated with each incident, and identify and report SLA breaches. * Propose and structure action plans based on incident and deviation analysis. * Maintain communication with project stakeholders. #### **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience in IT environments and incident management. * Language: Intermediate English (B1\).
