We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern, based in our European headquarters in Madrid, to support the activity of the IT team. **Main Responsibilities** The selected intern will support administrative and analytical tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities include: * Screening and monitoring incidents across different areas. * Assigning incidents to external providers. * Resolving simple administrative requests or incidents. * User management (onboarding, offboarding and updates) in various internal applications. * Documentation tasks and information updates. * Support in creating database jobs and queries. * Participation in the Rebranding to Nippon Sanso project: task execution, testing and follow‑up. Job requirements **Qualifications** * Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. * Interest in analytical roles, data management and/or process improvement. * Good command of Excel (pivot tables, data handling, formulas). * Ability to structure information and simplify complex problems. * Fluent written English; functional spoken English. * Strong communication skills. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
