To strengthen our team, we are seeking an Internal Sales Representative. What will be your mission? Drive business growth for services by commercially managing maintenance contracts, repairs, consumables, and back\-up solutions—building lasting relationships with our customers. Key responsibilities * Manage and develop your assigned customer portfolio. * Promote and sell after-sales services. * Prepare and track commercial offers. * Identify new business opportunities and foster customer loyalty. * Negotiate commercial proposals and payment terms. * Manage orders and sales forecasts. * Monitor KPIs and prepare commercial reports. * Use CRM tools, databases, and Excel for activity management. * Collaborate with external sales teams, logistics, and risk management teams. Required profile * Over 10 years of experience in commercial roles. * Experience in technical services or industrial environments. * Familiarity with end customers, contractors, Facility Management companies, and public administration. * Experience in telesales and offer management. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and CRM tools. * Customer orientation, negotiation skills, and results-driven mindset.
