Description
We are seeking a versatile INTERIOR TECHNICIAN/DESIGNER/TECHNICAL ARCHITECT to join our Studio's project team, responsible for planning, developing, and implementing renovation projects.
The selected candidate will work hand-in-hand with team members, tradespeople, and suppliers to consistently achieve optimal results.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Execution of construction site management
* Management of tradespeople and suppliers
* Management and execution of after-sales service work
* Measurements and drafting of 2D floor plans
* Preparation, updating, and use of 2D as-built, installation, and finish plans
* Construction budget management
* 3D modeling
* Custom furniture and element design
**REQUIREMENTS**
*Experience:*
* Experience in 2D floor plan design
* Experience in interior design
* Experience with construction invoicing software
* Experience in construction: knowledge of installations, materials, finishes, etc.
* Experience in 3D modeling
*Education:*
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
* Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering or related field
* Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
*Skills:*
* Strong problem-solving ability (Very important)
* Excellent organizational skills (Very important)
* Sensitivity toward interior design and architecture, creativity
* Team spirit, empathy
* Commitment to continuous learning
*Other:*
* Portfolio and CV submission will be valued
