We are currently seeking an HR Management Technician to join this initiative. **Your Mission** Coordinate and execute administrative activities in the People Administration area. **Your Responsibilities** * Payroll management. * Hiring and termination procedures. * Attendance and absence tracking. * Maintenance of records. * Advising employees. * Preparing reports. * Benefits administration. * Resolving incidents. * Managing employment documentation. * Coordinating audits. * Social security administration. **What We Offer** * Annual disability contract extendable up to indefinite, in case of a disability certificate.
