




Job Summary: HOGAR SÍ is seeking a Housing Coordinator to lead the operational management of its housing units, ensuring functionality, habitability, and sustainability in alignment with its mission to eradicate homelessness. We are an independent, plural social entity with nationwide presence since 1998\. Our goal is to combat social exclusion permanently and innovatively. We seek to incorporate a Housing Coordination role to lead the operational management of our housing units, ensuring their functionality, habitability, and sustainability, consistent with our rights-based approach and our mission to eradicate homelessness. Main Responsibilities Housing Management * Monitor housing conditions and manage incidents. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Collaborate with public and private entities for housing management. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Coordinate construction works, renovations, and technical adaptations. * Coordinate management of service provider contracts (maintenance, cleaning, security). * Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures. * Coordinate housing insurance management. * Liaise with Owners' Associations and neighbors. * Liaise with landlords, manage deposits, and rental invoices. Operational Management * Design and improve operational processes to optimize resources. * Monitor budgets and costs associated with housing. * Prepare technical and monitoring reports. * Coordinate technical teams and collaborate with other organizational areas. What We Are Looking For * Minimum 1 year of experience in infrastructure, housing, or operations management (experience in the Third Sector or social entities will be highly valued). * Knowledge of urban tenancy regulations, technical standards, urban planning, and habitability requirements. * Planning, organizational, and incident resolution capabilities. * Teamwork and interdepartmental communication skills. * Social sensitivity and commitment to human rights and inclusion. * Experience using digital real estate tools will be valued. * Within the framework of our commitment to equal opportunities, holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be positively considered.
