Support the Global ITO Production ICRO and Critical Incident Management teams as needed. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **Plan** and **schedule** local and regional DR drills, aligning calendars across business units.**Execute** exercises, monitor performance, and capture incidents or issues in real time.**Produce** comprehensive post‑exercise and provide evidence for audits.**Engage** stakeholders, drive remediation actions, and deliver training on DR processes.**Maintain** CommandPoint failover/failback instances for FR and UK data‑centers, ensuring continuous availability. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** Degree in Computer Science (Preferred) and ITIL Foundation (certification desirable).+ 5 years in IT infrastructure, platforms, and DR/Business Continuity; proven team‑lead and project‑management experience. Strong knowledge of IT continuity concepts, risk analysis, and infrastructure services. Fluent English (B2/C level, mandatory); French a plus.
