Candidates with a background in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields) are welcome to apply. You will work in an international environment, applying data analytics tools to optimize processes, support data\-driven decision\-making, and drive continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities * Support procurement processes and prepare analytical and performance reports. * Collect, process, and analyze project data and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel tools. * Collaborate with site and technical teams to track KPIs and monitor performance. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. * Ensure integration between planning, execution, and control activities. Requirements **Education:** * Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields). **Experience:** * Up to 5 years of relevant experience. **Soft Skills:** * Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability. **Languages:** * Spanish and English – mandatory. * Portuguese or French – a strong advantage. **Technical Skills:** * Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis. * Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 is considered a plus. * Familiarity with Lean Construction and Agile methodologies.
