We are looking for an HR Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Madrid. If you are proactive, have experience in the sector, and are eager to make a difference, this is your moment! **What responsibilities will be yours?** Your role will be key to ensuring the success of our office—from talent acquisition to labor management and client support. Some of your responsibilities include: * Analyzing job descriptions provided by clients and defining required candidate profiles. * Posting job offers on portals and contacting training centers and/or job boards as needed. * Conducting recruitment interviews—both telephone and face-to-face. * Providing direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. * Updating and maintaining the candidate database. * Requesting, managing, and archiving documentation. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00. * Salary: €18,000–€20,000 gross per year. **What we value in you:** * Prior experience in personnel recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry. **Are you ready to take on this challenge?
