Specialized and continuous technical training within a stable project We are currently looking to hire a: **Technical Commercial Representative – Madrid Area** This external sales opportunity is part of our Institutional Sales Division, an industry leader offering comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers in the hospitality and foodservice sector. Upon completion of an initial training program, you will be assigned an established customer territory including restaurants, hotels, schools, nursing homes, catering companies, and distributor management within the area. **What type of position is this?** This is not a traditional sales position. It is a technical-commercial role with a strong service and advisory component, where you will autonomously manage your territory, combining: Equipment installation and commissioning Maintenance and technical adjustments On-site incident resolution Technical training for staff Customer retention and portfolio development Acquisition of new accounts Technical expertise is essential to build trust and deliver value-added consultative sales. **Main Responsibilities** End-to-end management of the assigned territory: Madrid and surrounding areas. Areas outside Madrid (Toledo, Ciudad Real, and Guadalajara) to support the team as needed. Installation and maintenance of systems and equipment at customer sites. Technical advisory services and post-sales follow-up. Identification of opportunities for service improvement and expansion. Business development within the institutional sector. Autonomous planning of schedule and routes. **Profile We Are Seeking** We seek a professional with a technical background and commercial orientation. Especially suitable profiles include: Electromechanical technicians with regular customer contact Maintenance technicians with commercial experience Technical representatives in industrial sectors Technical sales professionals with experience in Horeca or industrial laundry Technical sales professionals for the hotel sector Technical sales professionals for B2B sectors **Requirements** Experience in technical environments (installation, maintenance, industrial machinery, dosing systems, industrial equipment, etc.). Experience in customer management or technical sales. Knowledge of the hospitality, collective catering, industrial laundry, or related sectors.
