




**Description** --------------- **Responsibilities:** The **Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst** role is critical to implementing the sales management model, aiming to enhance commercial and business development activities for WTW’s current client portfolio as well as new prospective clients. To achieve this, data-driven decision-making is essential, leveraging advanced analytics and reporting techniques to deliver high-quality insights that support growth strategy. Key responsibilities include: * **Drive commercial strategy: from definition to execution** Collaborate closely with Sales, Business, Finance, Data Management, and Marketing teams to define and execute robust go-to-market strategies targeting both existing and prospective clients. Work cross-functionally—particularly within the mid-market segment—to identify, define, and implement commercial initiatives and campaigns that drive sales growth. This includes collecting and analyzing data from diverse internal and external sources to uncover patterns, trends, and business opportunities that inform strategic decisions. * **Sales analysis and reporting** Analyze and monitor the new business pipeline (New New, New Existing, and Cross-selling) against budget, identifying gaps across various company dimensions (regions, business units, and segments), and collaborate with business teams to align the pipeline with budget through targeted commercial actions. * **BI tool development** Design tools enabling automated analytics to support commercial planning. * **Support Global Standards** + Account planning: maintain and grow strategic accounts for the company. + Client satisfaction: execute group-defined client satisfaction programs, meeting defined scope requirements (NPS and ICF). + Client at risk: identify potentially at-risk business, report it per established standards, ensure appropriate budgeting, and track risk mitigation efforts. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements:** **1. Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Intelligence. * Master’s degree in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence (preferred). **2. Analytical capability:** * Data collection, segmentation, processing, and analysis. * Critical thinking when reviewing analyses and data. * Ability to understand organizational structure and business dynamics, applying an analytical and structured approach. * Interpreting data to support decision-making. **3. Technical capability:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Power BI and DAX programming. * Knowledge of Python (preferred). **4. Mathematical and statistical capability (preferred)** **5. Communication skills:** * Effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership. * Clear message delivery and ability to secure commitment. **6. Teamwork and task/project prioritization** **7. English language proficiency: C1 level** **8.
