We have a team of highly qualified professionals and take pride in delivering projects that make a difference. **Key Responsibilities:** As Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all on-site production-related activities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: * Planning and coordinating daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives. * Efficiently managing resources (human, material, and equipment). * Supervising and controlling the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations. * Collaborating closely with other departments (engineering, procurement, safety) to ensure smooth project execution. * Identifying and resolving operational issues arising during construction. * Reporting production progress to project management. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety policies at the worksite. * Optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Participating in project monitoring and planning meetings. **Job Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Telecommunications, etc.) or related Higher Technical Diploma. * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in similar roles, specifically in railway electrification and overhead catenary system installation projects. * In-depth knowledge of railway construction processes. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and strong results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Availability to work in Madrid. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in high-speed rail or railway line modernization projects. * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Immediate availability. **What We Offer:** * Joining a challenging and large-scale project. * Opportunity for professional development within an established company. * A collaborative and professional work environment. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
