We are looking for a First-Class Technician to work in Madrid within the rapidly growing and highly promising industrial refrigeration and cooling sector. Your daily responsibilities will include installing refrigeration plants and evaporators, assembling piping systems, providing structural support, welding copper and steel, and interpreting blueprints. Company Description You will join a small-to-medium-sized, dynamic, and well-established company in the industrial refrigeration sector, serving solid multinational clients and managing large-scale installations. The company holds various certifications, including RITE, REA, and is officially registered with the Spanish Ministry of Industry as both a maintainer and installer of industrial refrigeration systems. Position Description We seek a professional with experience in the refrigeration or industrial installation sector, with a minimum of one year’s verifiable experience. As a First-Class Technician at Dabeki Industrial, you will be responsible for installing evaporators in cold storage rooms, assembling commercial refrigeration units, and adapting and interpreting blueprints for on-site execution. With time—and additional training if required—you will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on refrigeration systems and related equipment. You will ensure proper operation of all devices and collaborate in service planning and improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid, with occasional travel requirements. **Salary above collective agreement if candidate qualifications justify it**. High responsibility and commitment are essential. Requirements Mandatory: Valid **work permit in** Spain. Desirable: Experience interpreting blueprints for on-site execution. Experience troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration systems. Knowledge of electrical systems as applied to maintenance and repair of technical equipment is preferred.
