Job Summary: We are seeking a farm assistant for tasks related to biosecurity, cleaning, animal monitoring, treatments, vaccination, estrus detection, animal movement, assistance during calving, and animal management. Complete management of reproductive cycles and veterinary care We are looking for a farm assistant in Plasencia de Jalón. Main duties include maintaining biosecurity, performing general cleaning of facilities and feeders, and conducting daily animal monitoring. The assistant will also be responsible for livestock treatment and vaccination, estrus detection, and moving animals between different areas. Assistance during calving, treatment of sick animals, litter processing, and management of deceased animals are also expected. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33%, or permanent work incapacity enabling performance of these duties, is required. At least one year of prior experience on farms is mandatory. Availability to travel to Plasencia de Jalón and work on weekends is essential. Professional qualifications such as a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate in Agricultural and Livestock Production or a Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate in Livestock Farming and Animal Health Assistance will be considered favorably. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of 20\.000 euros paid in 12 installments. Working hours may vary according to the farm’s operational needs and may include both shifts.
