




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical-administrative professional to manage CAE files end-to-end, coordinate with clients, and ensure process quality. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of CAE files and coordination with clients. 2. Technical validation and quality assurance of processes. 3. Advanced use of Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. **About the Position** We aim to hire a professional with a technical\-administrative profile for the **end-to-end management of CAE files**. The selected candidate will play a key role in **client coordination**, **documentary and administrative processing**, **technical validation of files**, as well as in **quality assurance and continuous process improvement**. **Main Responsibilities** * Tracking lead generation and managing a portfolio of projects. * Managing communications with clients via corporate email inboxes. * Collecting, reviewing, and tracking documentation associated with each lead. * Performing technical validation of documentation submitted by clients and executing energy savings calculations using provided calculators. * Accessing digital platforms and official agencies to manage procedures. * Administering data and preparing tracking and control reports. **️ Technical Requirements** **Office Tools (advanced proficiency required):** * **Excel**: handling large volumes of data, robust use of queries and macros. * **Outlook**: professional management of email inboxes and corporate communication. * **SharePoint**: use of collaborative platforms and document management. **Technical knowledge of the energy sector:** * Understanding of technical concepts in the energy sector (consumption, efficiency, equipment, etc.). * Ability to perform energy savings calculations. * Knowledge of CAE regulations and framework. **✅ Desirable Profile** * Prior experience in processing CAEs or in energy-sector projects. * Methodical, organized, and data-oriented profile. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. * Proactivity in tracking and resolving issues. * Excellent written communication skills. * Experience interfacing with public agencies’ digital platforms.
