The selected candidate will be responsible for **monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs**, contributing to resource optimization and achieving the projects’ financial objectives. **If you have site experience and wish to evolve into an analytical role with direct impact on project profitability, we want to meet you!** **Your responsibilities:** * Preparation and monitoring of project budgets, tracking deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Cost analysis and preparation of periodic reports for economic project monitoring. * Support in the economic planning of construction works, aligning costs, schedules, and resources. * Identification and assessment of financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies. * Control and validation of certifications, production, and associated costs. * Preparation of reports for Management and other relevant stakeholders. * Monitoring of key cost and profitability indicators (KPIs). * Coordination with site, planning, procurement, and finance teams to ensure consistency of financial information. * Participation in continuous improvement of cost control and reporting processes. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in cost control functions within construction projects. * Prior site experience is valued. **Technical knowledge:** * Proficiency in cost control and planning tools (Presto, Advanced Excel, MS Project, or similar). * Knowledge of construction processes and economic analysis of projects. * Office software proficiency (Microsoft Office). **Languages:** * Intermediate\-advanced English (B2 level, written and spoken). **What we offer:** * **Stability:** Joining a solid company with large-scale projects. * **Direct impact:** Key participation in project profitability and success. * **Professional development:** Growth within the economic control and project management area. * **Flexible compensation:** Transport allowance, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
