




We are seeking a cook for a prominent hospitality business located in the heart of Madrid. Main responsibilities will include the meticulous preparation of all ingredients required for dish preparation, ensuring everything is ready for the cooking process. Additionally, it will be essential to maintain the work area in perfect cleanliness and order, collaborating closely with the chef in food preparation and plating, with special attention paid to the final presentation of each dish. The position also involves supporting various stages of the cooking process. You will be required to prepare workstations before each service and assist with general kitchen cleaning after the shift ends. Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations is mandatory. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Sunday, with two rotating rest days in accordance with current regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the duties described * We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong attention to detail. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish * Vocational training in cooking. - Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
