We are seeking a legal professional to join our team to drive the administrative and legal processing of Enagás projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to their timely, efficient, and socially sensitive development. The selected candidate will actively participate in obtaining authorisations, licences, and permits, as well as in compulsory expropriation procedures, coordinating with public administrations, internal teams, and other stakeholders, and providing specialised legal support to energy infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and supervising the processing of authorisations, assessments, licences, concessions, and permits required for the construction and commissioning of Enagás Group infrastructure. * Preparing and submitting documentation associated with public information notices and Conceptual Public Participation Plans, both for national projects and Projects of Common Interest under European legislation. * Maintaining smooth and ongoing relations with public administrations, clients, affected parties, and internal teams, including participation in face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, and site visits. * Analysing, preparing, and coordinating responses to legal-administrative objections related to the projects. * Preparing and reviewing legal reports linked to administrative processing and applicable sectoral regulations (hydrocarbons, renewable gases, electricity, port, maritime-terrestrial public domain, water, among others). * Preparing administrative appeals (hierarchical appeal or reconsideration) against authorisation decisions, in accordance with departmental criteria. * Executing and providing legal support throughout all phases of compulsory expropriation procedures, including engagement with property owners, drafting minutes, documentary collection, and actions before Expropriation Juries. Providing legal support to engineering and project development teams regarding regulatory interpretation and definition of processing strategies. * Analysing applicable regulations and proposing improvements or alternatives within the established legal framework. What are we looking for? * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. A Master’s or specialisation in Administrative Law, European Law, Energy Law and/or Urban Planning Law is highly valued. * Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or the public sector. * Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of the regulatory framework governing gas, hydrogen, and renewable gases in Spain and the EU. Knowledge of the Compulsory Expropriation Act. * Tools: Advanced proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. * English: Advanced level.
