Its environment enables students to participate in high-impact real-world projects, integrating technical and managerial knowledge. The internship will take place in the **B2B Operations department**, within the Project Management team. This department manages technological projects for major accounts, coordinating solution definition, planning, cost control, and final delivery in collaboration with multiple technical and business areas. **Training Objectives** This program will enable students to develop competencies in technological project management: * **Customer Needs Analysis:** Understanding how requirements are identified in B2B technological environments. * **Project Management:** Learning how to plan, coordinate, and track complex projects. * **Cost Control and Profitability:** Developing skills in economic analysis of technological solutions. * **Test Definition:** Understanding how validation plans for solutions are designed and executed. * **End-to-End Perspective:** Gaining a comprehensive view of the project lifecycle. **Mentoring and Follow-up** The intern will be assigned a specialized mentor who will: * Define a tailored training plan aligned with the intern’s profile. * Support participation in real-world projects. * Conduct continuous progress monitoring. * Provide periodic feedback to enhance competency development. **Candidate Profile** **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Telecommunications) or related STEM fields. **Competencies and Skills:** * Interest in technological project management. * Analytical ability and structured thinking. * Initiative and proactivity. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Languages:** * Upper-intermediate to advanced English. **Preferred Qualifications (will be positively considered):** * Knowledge of project management. * Familiarity with Telco and IT solutions. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira or Confluence. * Interest in B2B environments and corporate clients.
