Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the local technology function, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and industrial process improvement, combining IT management with functional consulting. Dynamic environment with real capacity for continuous improvement Community of Madrid We are collaborating with a growing industrial company to hire an IT Manager to lead the local technology function, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations and business process improvement at plant level. This is a hybrid role between IT management and functional consulting, where you will have direct impact on operational efficiency, ERP evolution, and relationships with technology partners. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on functional consulting for D365 F\&O and industrial process optimization, combining strategic vision with practical execution. Key Responsibilities Act as the functional subject matter expert for MS Dynamics 365 F\&O Identify and improve industrial processes using the ERP Coordinate and manage the relationship with the Microsoft partner Translate business needs into efficient functional solutions Manage a small team Ensure alignment between IT and business operations Ideal Profile Solid experience with Dynamics AX / D365 F\&O (functional) Background in industrial / manufacturing environments Experience in process improvement (production, supply chain) Leadership and small-team management capabilities Experience working with external partners / IT vendors Proactive profile, business-oriented and committed to continuous improvement Why Consider This Opportunity?
