Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the strategy, management, and comprehensive talent development within an urban public services consulting firm. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Human Resources Director for Madrid on behalf of our client — a leading firm specializing in advisory services for urban public services and environmental infrastructure. The role entails responsibility for the organization’s talent strategy, management, and comprehensive development across all dimensions. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Design and implement the **Human Resources strategy**, aligned with business objectives. * Lead **talent acquisition, attraction, onboarding, and retention** processes to ensure top-performing teams. * Manage **workforce planning and administration**: employment contracts, payroll, compensation policies, and benefits. * Drive **training, development, career planning, and performance evaluation** across the organization. * Promote and oversee a corporate culture grounded in **diversity, inclusion, employee well-being, and high performance**. * Manage **labor relations**, collective bargaining agreements, and conflict prevention. * Ensure compliance with **labor regulations**, occupational health and safety standards. * Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic organizational change initiatives, internal communication, and employer branding. * Supervise the HR team, coordinating daily operations and ensuring operational excellence in HR processes. * Actively participate in project delivery and management, collaborating with the Operations team on implementation and administration of the project management tool. Integrate consultant availability data into planning, ensuring that talent management directly contributes to company growth and profitability. ### **Profile and Requirements** * University degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, or related field**. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in HR managing teams and leading projects, preferably in multinational environments, service sectors, or consulting. * Advanced knowledge of **Spanish labor legislation, labor relations, and collective bargaining**. * Proficiency in digital **talent management, payroll, evaluation, and training tools** (e.g., SAP HR, Meta4, SuccessFactors, or similar). * **High-level English (B2\-C1\)** is mandatory.
