




We are looking for a Human Resources Director for Madrid on behalf of our client, a leading firm specializing in advisory services for urban public utilities and environmental infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategic management and comprehensive development of organizational talent across all dimensions. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Design and implement the **Human Resources strategy**, aligned with business objectives. * Lead **talent acquisition, attraction, onboarding, and retention** processes to ensure top-performing teams. * Manage **workforce planning and administration**: contracts, payroll, compensation policies, and benefits. * Drive **training, development, career path planning, and performance evaluation** across the organization. * Promote and oversee a corporate culture based on **diversity, inclusion, employee wellbeing, and high performance**. * Manage **labor relations**, collective agreement negotiations, and conflict prevention. * Ensure compliance with **labor regulations**, occupational health and safety standards. * Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives related to organizational change, internal communication, and employer branding. * Supervise the HR team, coordinating daily operations and ensuring operational excellence in HR processes. * Actively participate in project delivery and management, working closely with the Operations department to implement and administer project tools. Integrate consultant availability data into planning and ensure talent management directly contributes to company growth and profitability. ### **Profile and Requirements** * University degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, or related field**. * **Minimum of 5 years’ experience** in HR managing teams and leading projects, preferably within multinational environments, service sectors, or consulting firms. * In-depth knowledge of **Spanish labor legislation, industrial relations, and collective bargaining**. * Proficiency with digital tools for **talent management, payroll, performance evaluation, and training** (SAP HR, Meta4, SuccessFactors, or equivalent). * **Advanced English (B2-C1)** required.
