Location: Madrid / Hybrid Department: People Availability: Regular travel to offices in Spain and occasionally to Portugal **About the Role** We are looking for an HR Manager for Spain with strategic and operational vision, serving as the liaison between global People & Culture policies and the local reality of our businesses in Spain. The selected candidate will be the country’s HR reference point, providing close business support and ensuring proper management of all people-related processes—from talent attraction and development to organizational culture and regulatory compliance. This role requires the ability to manage cross-functionally the People & Culture expertise areas (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Experience, Training and Development, Labor Relations, etc.), ensuring their integration into the local strategy and fostering collaboration with global teams. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as the primary People representative in Spain, acting as a strategic business partner to local business units and managers. • Lead the local implementation of global HR programs and policies, adapting them to Spanish labor legislation and cultural context. • Manage and coordinate, under a matrix model, the People & Culture functional expertise areas, ensuring consistent execution of global initiatives in Spain. • Design and implement talent attraction and retention strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring competitiveness in the Spanish market. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience. • Lead the full performance and development cycle: evaluations, succession planning, key talent identification, and training programs. • Provide support and advice to managers and employees on career development, feedback, climate, and motivation. • Manage labor relations in Spain, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and serving as the point of contact with external advisors, works councils, and trade unions where applicable. • Collaborate in defining and implementing compensation and benefits policies, ensuring their competitiveness and internal equity. • Drive employee engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives, fostering an inclusive, diverse, and high-performing environment. • Collaborate with global teams on organizational transformation projects, HR process digitalization, and change management. • Develop and analyze People metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. **Required Profile** • 7–10 years of HR experience, with >3 years as an HR Manager/HRBP Senior in technology/consulting environments, ideally within multinational organizations operating in matrix structures. • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation. • Ability to work in multicultural environments and engage effectively with stakeholders across all hierarchical levels. • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic mindset with a practical, results-oriented approach. • Business orientation, stakeholder influence and management; autonomy and execution capability. • High level of English (Portuguese is a plus).
