Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Foreman/Forewoman to organize and supervise construction and repair projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within the team. Trains personnel and manages machinery at the worksite. **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Construction and Repair Works Project for MENRRED Parcels (Valencia Province) in the Valencian Community. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Valencian Community Address: Paterna, with travel required to various worksites. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organizes and schedules tasks jointly with the site supervisor, assumes responsibility for project progress, and immediately reports any anomalies that arise. * Interprets blueprints, performs measurements and layout surveys. * Monitors equipment and workforce productivity, as well as completes and signs required reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Trains team members on assigned tasks. * Complies with and ensures compliance with regulations concerning safety, quality, and worksite signage; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on-site. * Verifies proper material storage and cleaning tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate fulfillment of these requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Academic practice annexes verifying, where applicable, the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). (To properly verify this requirement, applicants must be able to attach a copy of their qualification to the job application.) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license, currently in force. (To properly verify this requirement, applicants must be able to attach a copy to the job application.) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 3 months up to 9 months of experience working in private or public sector companies engaged in construction (building / maintenance of structures). (Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying professional experience must be attached.) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Six months to one year of experience participating in repair, reconstruction, or infrastructure projects affected by natural disasters (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes, and other related events). (Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying professional experience must be attached.) * Six months to one year of experience working in public sector companies providing engineering consultancy, environmental services, or technical assistance. (Peninsular Time) OFFERED: + A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if appropriate, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
