




At **Multiópticas**, we are looking for a passionate individual about social media, communication, and fashion to join us as a **Community Manager**. Your mission will be managing daily interactions with our digital community, ensuring a close, inclusive tone that aligns with the brand identity. This role will be key in strengthening relationships with our community, responding to inquiries, moderating comments, and actively contributing to the execution of the strategy defined together with the **Brand Manager** and the **Social Media Executive**. ### **Job Mission** Manage, activate, and retain Mó's digital community, conveying the brand essence and generating authentic conversations around fashion, optics, and lifestyle. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Community Management** * Handle and stimulate interactions on social media (comments, messages, mentions). * Identify and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors. * Monitor digital reputation and report relevant insights to the team. * Collaborate with the Social Media Executive and Brand Manager on content creation. * Manage Mó, Multiópticas, and other corporate profiles on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others. **Organic and Real-Time Content** * Create native content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (stories, reels, challenges). * Generate content from optical stores, events, and photo shoots for the community. * Maintain a friendly, aspirational, and inclusive tone aligned with fashion and the brand. **Campaign and Collection Activations** * Support product launches and promotions with interactive activities. * Propose engagement mechanics (contests, polls, user-generated content). * Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to ensure brand consistency. **Influencers & UGC** * Identify micro-influencers and like-minded profiles for collaborations. * Encourage and promote user-generated and customer-created content. **Analytics and Continuous Improvement** * Prepare reports on engagement, interaction, and community sentiment. * Identify content patterns that generate stronger connections. * Analyze metrics and suggest improvements to the communication strategy. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in fashion or retail. * Knowledge of social media platforms and community management tools. * Excellent written communication skills and mastery of brand tone. * Organized, autonomous, proactive, and creative individual. * Advanced level of English. ### **What We Offer** * Join a leading Marketing team in the optical-fashion industry. * Participation in innovative digital projects with direct impact on the brand. * A collaborative, diverse, and creative environment where fashion and technology come together. * Professional development and continuous learning plan. *The company is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and we will assess your application with the responsibility that characterizes us, ensuring that everyone has equal opportunities for growth and success.*
