We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job functions and responsibilities:** As part of the Travel and Business Expense Management department, your main mission will be to support global corporate travel and expense settlement processes and provide user assistance focused on ensuring alignment with company travel and expense policies, with an emphasis on traveler care, policy compliance, rationalization and globalization. Responsibilities: * Support in travel administration and invoicing: o Download and send invoices related to all travel management activities. o Manage billing compliance. * Support in business expense management. o Review expense reports, manage invoices, process purchase requests, etc. o Provide support in global implementation projects * Collaborate in preparing monthly and annual reports for monitoring and tracking incurred costs, enabling analysis of consolidated travel data and preparation of expense reports. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, a Degree in Tourism, or similar. * It is essential to be able to establish an agreement with your educational institution. **What do we offer?:** * The opportunity to become part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
