We would love to meet you! **Job Objective:** To provide individual and group psychological support to program participants, as well as develop intervention plans and psychological reports according to identified needs. **Area: International Protection** **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcome and interview beneficiaries upon admission, conducting an initial psychological assessment. * Identify psychological and/or psychiatric support needs from the moment of admission. * Conduct clinical psychological support sessions, follow-up, and guidance, tailored to individual needs and requests. * Accompany individuals to specialized resources when required by their situation. * Plan and deliver psychoeducational group sessions on self-esteem, stress management, self-care, coping strategies, emotional regulation, resilience, trauma, guilt, and grief. * Detect and intervene in conflict and emergency situations from a technical and emotionally containing perspective. * Actively participate in technical team meetings. * Attend forums, technical events, and seminars representing the organization when required. * Prepare reports, improvement proposals, technical records, adaptations, and program evaluations. * Participate in internal trainings, clinical supervision, and technical improvement spaces. * Carry out other tasks related to the psychosocial area assigned by the resource coordinator. * Participate in the emergency response system, including availability for telephone on-call duties, crisis intervention, or urgent emotional support situations, coordinated with the team. **Profile:** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology. * Mandatory: Master’s degree or official qualification in General Health Psychology. * Professional registration is required. * Desirable: Training in gender equality. **What We Offer:** * Permanent part-time contract (25 hours/week) * Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:00–17:00 * Salary aligned with the Social Action and Intervention Collective Agreement, Group 1 *At Diaconia, we are committed to creating workplaces grounded in equity, inclusion, and fair treatment.
