We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our 5\* hotel located in Segovia. What will your responsibilities be? Identify all equipment requiring maintenance. Verify and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Inspect facilities, machinery, and equipment. Coordinate and supervise external maintenance services and regulatory inspections. Perform basic repairs as needed by the hotel and preventive maintenance tasks. Report to Management and the Area Manager regarding facility status and suppliers. ### **Requirements** Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, domestic hot water (DHW), and fire protection systems (PCI). Experience in legionella prevention (spas and swimming pools). Experience in hotel or large building maintenance. Availability to work Monday through Sunday.
