




Job Description: We are looking for a Facility Assistant to support the comprehensive management of suppliers and the smooth operation of our facilities. This role will be key in ensuring the quality and efficiency of maintenance and operational services across our centers. Main Responsibilities: * Manage area suppliers: HVAC, ACS, Cleaning, MultiTech, among others. * Support the Facility Coordinator and Regional Managers in area management. * Monitor the progress of tickets within your assigned zone. * Control and track the budget allocated to each region. * Supervise and monitor suppliers in coordination with Regional Managers. * Conduct periodic visits to centers together with Cluster Managers to assess club needs and conditions. * Hold meetings with suppliers to define work plans and provide feedback. Desired Profile: * Experience in supplier and facility maintenance management. * Organizational skills and experience in budget tracking. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Availability to travel and visit different centers.
