We are expanding our team with a PMO Engineer to support technical coordination and project management activities in European and national defence programs. You will be involved in strategic initiatives linked to the European Commission, the European Defence Agency (EDA), and Ministries of Defence, working on projects related to C4ISR systems, unmanned platforms (UxV), IoMT, and advanced command and control capabilities. If you want to know more about us go to GMV website **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?** You will join a multidisciplinary team supporting the coordination and execution of international defence projects, ensuring milestone compliance, alignment with contractual requirements, and effective collaboration across consortium partners. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting project planning, monitoring, and control (schedule, costs, risks, and deliverables). * Coordinating with internal technical teams and international partners. * Preparing and reviewing technical and management documentation (reports, deliverables, minutes). * Supporting requirements tracking and configuration management activities. * Assisting in project reviews and meetings with institutional clients (European Commission, EDA, MoD). * Contributing to proposal preparation for new defence programs. * Supporting subcontractor management and coordination of technical activities. **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?** We are looking for graduates in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with an interest in project management within the defence sector. We will value: * Basic knowledge of project management (planning, monitoring, risk management). * Strong organizational and task tracking skills. * Good level of English for international environments. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in MS Office tools, with MS Project or similar tools considered a plus.
