Stock control and inventory management The kitchen assistant role is based at a family respite day center in Madrid. Main duties include preparing and organizing the dining service: receiving food supplies daily, storing and preserving them properly until use, and distributing meals to users in the dining area to ensure smooth and orderly operations. After each service, all used kitchenware—including pots, cutlery, tableware, and surfaces—must be thoroughly cleaned both in the kitchen and dining area, maintaining required hygiene standards for food handling. Basic stock levels are also monitored, supporting inventory management to prevent shortages. The position includes other tasks related to kitchen and dining operations, in accordance with sector regulations. It is a key role in ensuring effective food service delivery, contributing to user well-being through organized and attentive work.
