Our **Graduate Program** opens the door to a professional career with real impact from day one — at a tech company with a startup mindset and global backing. **What to Expect** Over an intensive 12-month period: * You will design features, train and calibrate prediction, prescription, and optimization models (XGBoost, LightGBM), and take your first steps in **causal** **inference** (PSM, X\-Learner, Doubly Robust, Causal Forest, DiD). * You will create a controlled environment to experiment with **LLMs**, **embeddings**, **RAG**, and **autonomous** **agents**. You will work on the production stack (**LangGraph, MCP, Azure OpenAI, A2A**) and systematic evaluation (LLM\-as\-judge). * You will explore market solutions **(Databricks Genie, MAISA, Salesforce Agentforce**, etc.), participate in build-vs-buy analyses and LLM comparisons, and contribute to the internal lab platform (MLOps/LLMOps templates, MCP server catalog, Unity Catalog governance, cost observability, AI Act compliance) and its adoption (champions network, telemetry, ROI with control groups). * Technology stack: **Azure (Databricks, OpenAI, AKS), Python, PySpark, Delta Lake \& Unity Catalog, MLflow Tracking \& Model Registry, LangGraph \+ MCP, FastAPI, Databricks Genie, GitHub Actions / Databricks Asset Bundles.** * You will collaborate in **multidisciplinary** **squads** alongside **business**, **product**, and **technology** professionals — enabling you to apply your knowledge in one of today’s most cutting-edge industries. * You will receive mentoring and coaching from global heads to enhance both your hard and soft skills. **Who Are We Looking For?** Individuals with genuine interest in AI, data, and analytical solution applications — recent graduates or those about to complete degrees in: * Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Telecommunications, Mathematical Economics, or related fields. * Master’s degree **in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics** * Operational-level proficiency in **Python** and **SQL** (demonstrable beyond courses: e.g., projects, Kaggle, thesis, or GitHub code). * Solid foundations in **statistics and supervised machine learning** (regression, classification, validation, metrics). * Familiarity (not expertise required) with at least one of: causal inference, LLMs / RAG, MLOps, Spark/Databricks. * Version control with **Git**. * Curiosity, critical thinking, autonomy, and strong eagerness to learn. * Intermediate/advanced level of English. **Why Getnet?** * We are a **young company** with an innovative spirit, backed by one of the world’s largest financial groups. * As a **global company**, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and work with a vast **volume and diversity of data**, collaborating with colleagues across **multiple geographies**. * We use cutting-edge technology in high-impact real-world environments (retail, e\-commerce, terminals, mobile payments). * We offer **mentoring, training, visibility, and growth** from day one. * Flexibility, a collaborative environment, and purpose: **simplifying payments to make life easier for millions of people and businesses** **\#LI\-JC1**
