You will participate in performance evaluation and in the Objective-Based Management strategy.
You will play an active role in designing and implementing programs to identify and enhance talent within the organization. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports supporting strategic decision-making, as well as creating professional profiles and defining requirements for various job positions.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment processes. This includes collaborating on drafting job postings and all required documentation, organizing tests and assessments, conducting candidate interviews, and preparing corresponding reports. Additionally, you will contribute to integration and development initiatives such as onboarding and mentoring, and participate in employer branding projects, coordinating with universities and business schools.
This position offers a full-time substitute contract with a daily working schedule of 7.30 hours. The annual gross remuneration ranges between 28\.808,64 and 63\.187,6 euros. A university degree (Bachelor’s/Diploma/Technical Engineering) and demonstrable experience in Human Resources management covering at least seven of the functions described are required.
