Position Summary:
Communication and brand technician responsible for defining and executing communication projects, coordinating teams, managing media relations, and developing strategic narratives.

We are seeking a communication and brand technician with a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Main responsibilities include defining and executing communication projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure implementation of the organization's communication plan. Participation in cross-functional working groups is also required, contributing the department’s perspective and identifying communication opportunities across areas such as policy advocacy, international programs, and fundraising.
This position involves engaging with journalists and managing media opportunities. The incumbent will distribute and present organizational content to key media outlets, draft press releases, articles, and key messages. Additionally, they must develop narratives for both external and internal use, prepare spokespersons, and coordinate with content and social media teams and vendors. They will also be responsible for measuring outcomes and transforming data into insights that guide communication strategy, supporting public relations and events.
A degree in Communication, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in similar roles. Strategic vision, experience in multidisciplinary environments, and proficiency with office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access are essential. Required languages are Spanish and English. A permanent contract, full-time schedule, and a gross monthly salary of 2\.518 euros are offered. The position is based in Madrid.
