Job Mission To drive, coordinate, and implement the operational deployment of the educational group’s sustainability and ESG strategy, ensuring its genuine integration into academic, operational, and corporate management, regulatory compliance, and the generation of measurable impact across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. Responsibilities: 1\. ESG Strategy Implementation and Monitoring * Execute the ESG action plans defined by the educational group. * Coordinate sustainability initiatives across campuses, centers, and academic units. * Ensure alignment among ESG policy, corporate strategy, and the educational mission. 2\. Reporting, Metrics, and Compliance * Coordinate the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG indicators (KPIs). * Participate in preparing sustainability reports and non-financial reporting (CSRD/EINF). * Support audits, double materiality assessments, and benchmarking exercises. 3\. Cross-functional Coordination * Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Communications, Infrastructure, and Academic departments. * Serve as the operational liaison between technical departments and senior management. 4\. Academic and Social Impact * Support the integration of sustainability criteria and SDGs into curricula and academic activities. * Collaborate on volunteer programs, social impact initiatives, and external partnerships. * Foster a sustainability culture among employees, faculty, and students. * Contribute to the employee sustainable mobility plan. 5\. Communication and Awareness-raising * Support internal and external communication of ESG initiatives. * Develop content tailored to different stakeholder groups. * Participate in forums, events, and collaborative projects related to educational sustainability. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field. * A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, or Environmental Management is desirable. Professional Experience: * 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, or non-financial reporting. * Demonstrable experience in the practical implementation of ESG solutions. * Experience in the educational or institutional sector is desirable. Technical Knowledge: * Familiarity with ESG frameworks, SDGs, CSRD, EINF, and double materiality. * Ability to define and monitor sustainability KPIs and metrics. * Understanding of environmental, social, and governance impacts within educational organizations.
