As part of our positioning as a leading company in the Defense sector, we seek to hire an **Airborne Radar Systems Engineer – Radar Modes and Signal Processing**.
**What will you do?**
You will participate in the **design and development of signal processing algorithms for airborne radar**, working with advanced technologies and a sector-leading reference team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Radar signal processing algorithm design:
+ Pulse compression
+ CFAR techniques
+ Correlation
+ Plot extraction
* Participation in radar architecture definition and performance prediction.
* Modeling and validation in **MATLAB**.
* Collaboration on international projects with European partners.

### **Required Experience**
At least **3 years of experience** in one or more of the following areas:
* Radar system architecture design and/or radar performance prediction.
* Radar signal processing and/or MATLAB-based algorithm modeling.
* Communication signal processing or beamforming techniques.
Additionally:
* English proficiency equivalent to **C1** or higher (mandatory for interaction with international partners).
* Eligibility to obtain **Security Clearance up to NATO Secret / National Reserved**.
### **Desired Experience (highly valued)**
* Advanced signal processing techniques:
+ Beamforming
+ Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
+ STAP
* Radar research or related doctoral degree.
* Prior experience in international radar projects.
* Valid **Security Clearance (HPS) up to NATO Secret / National Reserved**.
### **Education**
Ideally, a **Telecommunications Engineering degree with a Master’s**, though other related profiles meeting the technical requirements will also be considered.
