As part of our positioning as a leading company in the Defense sector, we are seeking a **Systems Engineer for Airborne Radar – Radar Modes and Signal Processing**. **What will you do?** You will participate in the **design and development of signal processing algorithms for airborne radar**, working with advanced technologies and a reference team in the sector. Your main responsibilities will include: * Design of radar signal processing algorithms: + Pulse compression + CFAR techniques + Correlation + Plot extraction * Participation in radar architecture definition and performance prediction. * Modeling and validation in **MATLAB**. * Collaboration on international projects with European partners. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements—we encourage you to apply, learn about our offer, and let us discover what you can bring to our team! ### **Required Experience** At least **3 years of experience** in one or more of the following areas: * Radar system architecture design and/or radar performance prediction. * Radar signal processing and/or algorithm modeling in MATLAB. * Communication signal processing or beamforming techniques. Additionally: * English proficiency equivalent to **C1** or higher (mandatory for interaction with international partners). * Eligibility to obtain **Security Clearance up to NATO Secret / National Reserved**. ### **Desired Experience (highly valued)** * Advanced signal processing techniques: + Beamforming + Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) + STAP * Radar-related research or doctoral degree. * Prior experience in international radar projects. * Valid **Security Clearance (HPS) up to NATO Secret / National Reserved**. ### **Education** Ideally, a **Telecommunications Engineering degree with a Master’s**, though other related profiles meeting the technical requirements will also be considered.
