We are currently seeking a Peer Support professional to join our community mental health project for young people. The peer support professional will contribute their personal lived experience of mental health recovery, transformed into a professional resource, to support adolescents and young people in emotional well-being, social inclusion, and personal development. Your mission Design and implement a community-based service model for emotional well-being and mental health for adolescent and young populations. What you will do * Provide individual and group support from a peer support perspective. * Collaborate in and lead workshops and community activities focused on well-being and emotional resilience. * Work in coordination with the interdisciplinary technical team (psychologists, social integration workers, educators, etc.). * Promote active participation of young people in their own recovery process. * Contribute to raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health. What we are looking for * Education in the social field (Social Integration, Social Education, Social Work, or similar). * Lived experience of mental health recovery, with the ability to share it positively and professionally. * Communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * Motivation to work in community projects and with young populations.
