Job Description Mechanical Site Supervisor 24/10/2025 Job Description: For one of our projects in the Palencia \- Valladolid area (La Mudarra), we are looking for a motivated **Mechanical Site Supervisor** who can support on-site activities. **Your role will include:** * Supervising all mechanical works on site (civil\-mechanical interfaces, structural subassemblies, installation of mechanical equipment) * Coordinating, supervising, and managing subcontractor teams performing mechanical tasks, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule milestones * Overseeing mechanical installation activities related to assembly systems, solar tracker equipment, mechanical assemblies, anchoring, foundations, and coordination with electrical and structural disciplines * Ensuring mechanical works are carried out safely, with high quality, and in accordance with the EPC contract's scope, budget, and schedule * Collaborating with other disciplines (civil, electrical, structural) and project management to identify issues, propose corrective actions, and lead solutions * Monitoring progress of mechanical works, attending site meetings, preparing daily/weekly reports, highlighting deviations, and proposing corrective action plans Applying HSE, quality, and environmental management requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies * **What you will bring to the role:** * University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) * 5\+ years of proven experience supervising mechanical works in large\-scale photovoltaic or renewable energy construction projects * Solid hands\-on experience in mechanical installation, subcontractor supervision, and execution of mechanical scope in large\-scale EPC projects * Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken); knowledge of English will be valued positively * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a highly technical and dynamic environment * **You share the same value\-based behaviors:** * People and personal growth * Results orientation and safety excellence * Collaboration and trust * Empathy and effective communication Flexibility and adaptability * **Your benefits:** * Competitive compensation package * Group medical insurance plan * Meal allowance
