Your main role will be to support the preparation and documentation management of engineering projects, working closely with technical and management teams. This is an ideal opportunity to begin your career in a dynamic and well-structured environment. Daily responsibilities will include organizing and controlling all technical documentation, reviewing and updating files, drawings, and reports, as well as supporting project documentation tracking. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective information management, maintaining both physical and digital archives in an organized manner. A temporary contract is offered, with terms to be defined according to your profile. The position is full-time and 100% on-site at our Alcobendas facilities, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and half-day on Fridays. You will receive initial training, mentoring, and enjoy a positive work atmosphere, along with professional development opportunities. Requirements Degree in Engineering (recently graduated or pending final-year project). No prior experience required. Basic knowledge of office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
