### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking for an **ITOPS N2** with advanced experience in Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) and a strong focus on automation, monitoring, and optimization of critical systems. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Manage incidents, vulnerabilities, problems, and changes under the ITIL4 framework, achieving optimal resolution times. * Provide specialized technical support for AWS Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments (EKS). * Administer and automate infrastructures using Terraform (a key requirement), Ansible, and Packer. * Monitor and set up alerts using Prometheus (Alertmanager), Grafana, CloudWatch, and ELK (Watchers). * Administer and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RDS) and caching systems (Redis/ElastiCache). * Collaborate on security and compliance by managing AWS Security Hub, AWS Config, IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail. * Document technical processes and documentation in Confluence. * Manage incidents and projects using Jira and Jira Operations (Opsgenie). * Actively participate in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps culture. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Technical requirements: * Infrastructure and Cloud Computing * Proficiency with AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, RDS, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch, ASG, ALB/NLB). * Experience with networking (VPC, NAT, NACL) and troubleshooting connectivity issues. * Advanced Linux server administration: * Diagnose and optimize processes (ps, top, strace, tcpdump, etc.). * Manage systemd, filesystems, DNS, package management (deb/rpm), and kernel parameters (sysctl). * Solid knowledge of scripting, SQL, and REST APIs. * Containers and Orchestration * Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Istio, and Kong. * Integration of monitoring and metrics with Prometheus, ELK, and CloudWatch. * Automation / Infrastructure as Code * Mandatory experience with Terraform (core skill). * Additional experience with Ansible and Packer is desirable. * Incident Management * Configure alerts and automated responses (Jira Ops, AWS SNS/SQS). * Coordinate with higher levels (N3 / Architecture) during critical incidents. Desirable requirements: * Certifications: AWS (Associate or Professional), Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD), ITIL4, Terraform, Red Hat / Ubuntu. * Knowledge of event\-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS). **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Indefinite contract * Hybrid working model in Madrid.
