We are looking for an IT Technician for the Information Technology Department of the Law Firm, with at least 2 years of experience providing internal client support. Main responsibilities include: * **User technical support**: handling and resolving basic IT incidents (email, printers, office applications, network connectivity, etc.). * **Installation and configuration of equipment** (laptops, desktops, monitors, corporate phones) following IT department guidelines. * **Maintenance and updating of corporate software**, including Office 365 suites and document management tools. * **Assistance with patching tasks and security updates**, under supervision of the technical lead. * **Configuration of user accounts and permissions** in Microsoft environments (Active Directory and Azure AD). * **Basic support for videoconferencing, meeting rooms, and corporate mobile devices.** * **Inventory control and labeling of IT assets**, assisting in managing the firm’s technological assets. * **Documentation of incidents and completed tasks** in the department’s ticketing system. Requirements * Vocational Training Program / Intermediate or Higher Degree in Network Systems Administration or Computer Science. * Experience in corporate IT environments and incident resolution. * Experience with ticketing tools. * Knowledge of Office 365. * Familiarity with Microsoft Navision. * Knowledge of Cybersecurity. * Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities. * Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuous improvement.
