### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking for a **Territorial Planning Expert** with experience in asset management, territorial planning, and surveying. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Provide technical support as a Senior Technician in Building Projects. * Support the updating of coordinate georeferencing systems used to delineate properties to the ETRS89 or REGCAN95 system (in the case of the Canary Islands). * Conduct topographic surveys to identify properties and subsequently load KML files. * Study land registries to identify properties and subsequently load KML files. * Provide technical support regarding boundary demarcations, sales, acquisitions, disaffections, or property claims on plots owned by or of interest to the ET. * Provide technical support in drafting specifications for concessions/authorizations of public domain assets. * Perform technical analysis of impacts from Territorial Planning Plans and other territorial planning instruments, public works, declarations of BIC/BIP or others on ET properties. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Qualification: Senior Technician in Building Projects. * Professional experience: + Between 4 and 12 years in asset management, drafting specifications, and interpreting urban regulations. + Up to 5 years conducting topographic surveys. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Indefinite contract * Hybrid working mode in Madrid.
