Ensure the organization's vision and objectives are understood and implemented by Obramat’s purely technical teams. Ensure that products delivered by technical teams meet business needs and comply with business rules. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** **:** **Connect business and digital:** Deeply understand the business processes within the Omnicommerce area. Translate these requirements into specifications understandable by more technical teams such as Product Managers, Owners, UX, data, etc. **Ensure solution value:** Validate prior to UATs that digital products or services meet business and end-user expectations. Measure return on investment (ROI) and other key performance indicators. **Support change management:** Assist the organization in adopting new tools and processes. Accompany transitions with support and follow-up. **Champion user experience:** Incorporate business input into the design of digital solutions. Ensure technology is intuitive, accessible and useful. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?** University degree in technical fields, preferably Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. C1 level English Experience in the Retail sector, especially in omnichannel companies.
