REQUIREMENTS **Required:** * Degree in Computer Engineering (Bachelor's/Degree) or Higher Degree/Advanced Vocational Training (FP2) or equivalent * At least 2 years of proven experience as an IT Process Manager or participation in Process/Operations Improvement projects * ITIL Foundation Certification **Desirable:** * At least 5 years of professional experience in the Public Administration and/or Large Corporations/Multinationals and/or Other Consulting firms in similar roles and client environments. * Knowledge of IT management tools (preferably Servicenow) * PowerBI (analyst profile) * Knowledge/Certifications in IT Management areas: Agile (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, ...), Lean IT, COBIT, UNE\-ISO/IEC 20000\-1: 2018, … * English, intermediate/advanced level (B2 \-C1\)
