Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to lead software development projects, coordinate teams, and manage stakeholders, with responsibility for planning and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Stable project involving development and maintenance of software components. 2. Be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in an excellent working environment. 3. Work-life balance policies: flexible hours and possibility of remote work. About the Technical Coordinator Role At PROCESIA, we seek the person who keeps the project on course when things get complicated — someone who understands both those who speak in code and those who speak in business terms, and who enjoys watching a solid plan turn into real results. **Who are we looking for?** * Official university degree, preferably in Information Technologies (or equivalent). If obtained abroad, it must be officially **recognized** in Spain. * At least 24 months of experience within the last 60 months leading software development projects: scope, risks, resources, changes, and milestones, with real accountability for planning. * Experience coordinating teams and managing stakeholders with diverse interests, using development methodologies and quality control practices. * Project management certifications (PM2, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) are highly valued — and, above all, the ability to apply them with practical sense. **What must you master?** * IT environments and projects related to data analytics and large-scale information processing: understanding what is being built, why, and its impact. * System development methodologies and quality best practices, to prioritize, question, and decide with sound judgment. * Clear and honest communication: putting risks on the table, managing expectations, and building trust with teams and stakeholders. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** (beyond the Gantt chart) * Design and maintain an active project plan: schedule, resources, budget, and shared objectives across the entire team. * Manage scope, coordinate the development team, handle changes and risks, and ensure quality remains a top priority — never the first to be sacrificed under pressure. * Communicate with all involved parties, translate requirements, prepare clear reports, and guarantee deliverables arrive when and how they should. **What we offer** * A stable project focused on the development and evolutionary maintenance of software components linked to statistical production processes and data analytics. * Opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, plus a stable project, excellent working environment, full-time schedule, permanent contract, and competitive salary based on experience... * Go as far as you want! Grow with us! We’ll help you define your annual career path by participating in cutting-edge projects alongside the industry’s top professionals. * Integration into a team of motivated professionals within a dynamic working environment. * Join a pioneering, human-centered, and approachable 100% technology company tackling real challenges. * Immediate incorporation into the most relevant Public Sector projects. * English classes from day one, fully covered by the company. Certification preparation. Because what matters most is you and your loved ones: we offer policies that facilitate work-life balance: * Flexible hours to maintain our work \& life equilibrium. * Possibility of remote work. * A sustainable management model and effective equality policies fostering open and inclusive work environments. Want more? * Permanent contract from day one — because we love working with familiar faces, we’re passionate about stability, and we thrive on trust... * Comprehensive health insurance without co-payments, provided by a leading national insurer. * Management 3\.0: co-governance within the organization and co-leadership in decision-making. * Free coffee and tea for the entire team in our beautiful office. * An environment where planning, quality, and service levels are naturally part of everyday work.
