Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager in the pharmaceutical sector to manage and supervise the production department, organize manufacturing activities, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and supervision of the production department. 2. Organization of bacterial autovaccine manufacturing. 3. Collaboration with the technical department for process optimization. We are looking for a Production Manager to work in Alcobendas. The candidate must hold a degree in Health Sciences and have experience in drug manufacturing under NCF regulations. Advanced English proficiency and the ability to plan, coordinate, and lead teams are highly valued. Responsibilities include managing and supervising the production department, organizing bacterial autovaccine manufacturing according to production orders, drafting and reviewing procedures, and ensuring compliance with cleaning and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with the technical department to optimize processes and participating in investigations of deviations or defects. Additionally, the candidate must ensure products are manufactured and stored correctly, review production and cleaning records, and guarantee equipment and facility qualification and maintenance. **Required Prior Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in the Production Department. * Experience in production processes, Microbiology, process validation, cleaning validation for rooms, equipment, and instruments, equipment qualification, and instrument calibration. * Experience in team leadership.
