At **ACR**, we are looking for a **Production Manager (Building Construction)** for **Madrid**, to lead the execution of building construction projects. **Your Mission** * Manage and coordinate all available productive resources on site, ensuring compliance with established quality, cost, and safety standards. * Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure proper achievement of objectives regarding quality, deadlines, and costs. * Guarantee correct project execution by providing the necessary resources on site. * Coordinate and supervise human, technical, and material resources on site. **Minimum Requirements** * Degree in Building Construction, Technical Architecture, Superior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Training in occupational health and safety. * Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools. * Knowledge of and/or experience with Presto and AutoCAD. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Manager in building construction is desirable. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract assigned to a specific project. * Flexible remuneration. * Accident insurance. * Performance, potential, and talent development evaluations, including feedback. * Well-being initiatives (Wellhub, birthday afternoon off, digital disconnection, support measures for pregnant employees, Employee Assistance Program, etc.).
