Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the optimal operation of packaging lines through corrective and preventive maintenance, and continuous process improvement. About the job **MISSION:** * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Packaging maintenance technician * Perform corrective maintenance on packaging lines, ensuring rapid fault resolution to minimize production downtime. * Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities in accordance with defined standards. * Diagnose technical failures in equipment and installations and propose effective solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards in all interventions. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize line performance. * Participate in continuous process improvement and equipment reliability enhancement. * Record all interventions in the established systems. * Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment. * Report identified incidents and risks to the maintenance manager or supervisor. About you **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Higher Vocational Training degree in Electricity, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent. * Knowledge of industrial automation and PLC programming (preferably Schneider and/or Siemens S7\). * Technical knowledge in an industrial environment: electricity, mechanics, welding, and use of workshop tools (lathes, etc.). * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a packaging environment. * Prior experience in production lines and packaging processes is desirable. * Knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM). * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve technical problems. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with production departments.
