Job Summary: We are seeking an occupational therapist to assess, intervene, and counsel elderly and dependent individuals, fostering their autonomy and coordinating with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of personalized intervention plans for each individual. 2. Training in activities of daily living and cognitive stimulation. 3. Counseling for users and their families, promoting autonomy. We are looking for an occupational therapist to provide services to elderly individuals and those in situations of dependency. The work will be carried out in Majadahonda, on a part-time schedule focused on mornings, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include assessing users' functional status, preparing detailed reports, and designing personalized intervention plans. Training in basic and instrumental activities of daily living, as well as cognitive and motor stimulation, will also be conducted. Counseling will be provided to users and their families, and coordination with other professionals will be encouraged. The candidate must hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy; prior experience working with elderly populations or individuals in situations of dependency is preferred. A strong vocation for caring for people and promoting their autonomy, as well as excellent teamwork skills, are essential. The contract will be indefinite, with flexible working hours and an annual gross salary between 10\.000 € and 10\.200 €.
